comprises the best select mahogany curl veneer and is cross-banded
with rosewood and edge-veneered with bubinga. The two pedestal
version is equipped as standard with one 65 cm (25-1/2")
extension leaf, 127-1/2" long x 48" wide x 30-1/2"

Table
18th century
Rent table with 12 drawers and hand tooled leather top with storage
cabinet in pedestal. Shown in flame mahogany with cross-banded
inlays. 60" diameter x 32" high.
The tradition
of the Rent table began in the 18th century when most wealthy
British families were landlords. The 12 drawers provided organization
of tenants rent receipts by month.
